Note relating to transportation of exhibits:

The transport of exhibits after consultation with the authorized transport company will be
financially covered by your company.

Terms of participation

For participation in the exhibition, stakeholders should necessarily pay, along with their
application, an advance of 50% of the total cost of participation considering the requested sq.m.
The rest of the payment will be made after the finalization of the number of square meters that
will be allocated to the exhibitor before the opening of the exhibition. Late payment excludes
loading exhibitors’ exhibits.

The attached participation regulation includes all the information on the conditions of
participation, cancellation of participation and conditions for receipt of exhibits.
