Terms of participation

For their participation in the trade mission or the conduct of the B2B Business meetings,
stakeholders should necessarily pay along with their application, an advance of 50% of the
total cost of participation.
The rest of the payment will be made after the finalization of service before the
commencement of business meetings. Late payment excludes the businesses.
The rest of the payment will be made after the finalization of the agreement and prior to
conducting Business meetings.
