The cost is total of 10.500 € / + 400 € Registration fee (mandatory) for companies that
will participate within a program (eg EXTROVERSION, ESPA etc.). The above amounts
include VAT 24%.

The cost of the B2B Business Event includes:

• Selection & rent space & Service Buffet (Various finger food, Brioche, selection of
cold meats, variety of cheeses, baked Pies, different Buns, Salads for 30-50 guests
• Price per person including services such as space use, water & soft drinks and
crockery,
• dishes, glasses etc.
• screen rental, microphone and projector
• Translator Service
• Journalist Coordinator Service
• Two female hoster for guests’ reception
• Journalists for the invitation
• Market research
• Organization - Monitoring of the Event, Office expenses

The cost estimates for international flights of Sao Paulo - Athens - Sao Paulo via Transit European
airport for the group of Brazilian guests and accommodation with full meals and Transfers burden the
organizer. A small fee for the press presentation is also agreed that will proofread texts and press
releases in the Brazilian press.

PARALLEL ACTIVITIES:
For better and more effective promotion and communication of the stand, we plan:

1. Banners Installment indoor and outdoor (of the exhibition) with high accessibility,
with basic marking Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus, etc. With the new branding we will mark
our presence in the exhibition.
We will be advertising the total state participation with multiple marketing tools.
2. Advertisements in specialized magazines and newspapers.
3. B2B coordination meetings to further enhance the visibility and promotion of business
products.

Note relating to transportation of exhibits:

The transport of exhibits after consultation with the authorized transport company will be
financially covered by your company.
