• Technical and operational costs of the booth (supply and electricity consumption, stand
cleaning + extinguisher)
• Cleaning service (for a total of 3 days)
• Bilingual Hoster Promoter (for a total of 3 days)
• Tv Plasma 40 'with metal base and support (for a total of 3 days)
• Security (for all three days)
• On-site presence of Eurobrazil representatives
• Exhibitor listing in the official catalog of the Exhibition

PARALLEL ACTIVITIES:

For better and more effective promotion and communication of the stand, we plan:

1. Banners Installment indoor and outdoor (of the exhibition) with high accessibility, with
basic marking Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus, etc. With the new branding we will mark our presence
in the exhibition.
We will be advertising the total state participation with multiple marketing tools.
2. Advertisements in specialized magazines and newspapers.
3. Catalogue Design of corporate participation, which will be based on functionality and
aesthetics, with the possibility of advertisements for each participating company for a small
fee. 4. Tasting Area (degustation lounge) for the hospitality journalists, buyers and Somellier
and for making live Master class demonstrations.
5. B2B meetings Coordination to further enhance the visibility and promotion of business
products:
6. We aim at presenting the POP and PGE products to journalists and Somellier & opinion
leaders in the wine area
7. Finally, we plan on building a special space business centre.

Note relating to transportation of exhibits:

The transport of exhibits after consultation with the authorized transport company will be
financially covered by your company.
