Rose petal Sweet
An ancient monastery in the Peloponnesian land with roots in the 10th Century on the side of a 500m cliff is still
hiding many secrets and an old recipe. The Holy Archangels Monastery is an Orthodox monastery that stands
quietly on a rock and is surrounded by lush forests with excellent flora & fauna.
Its premises houses a museum, a Kitchen garden, olive trees and Roses.
The monks of the monastery are known for the cultivation of roses and more for the roses’ petals produced each
May, when flowers are in full bloom.
The monks guard a very good recipe with a secret technique, on the rose petals, their rich textures, their beautiful
scent of roses and their deep colour purple.
Today, through small, controlled production without chemical treatments, you get the chance to get your hands on
a jar of rose petal jam, to taste the intoxicating and exotic flavour, to create a romantic breakfast with rose petals
eating them with butter and bread or as a sweet treat.
A Gourmet suggestion from us for those who want to try new dishes on their table.

       Strained Organic Tomato Sauces
The ideal climate of the areas cultivating the Tomato, the abundance of water and fertile soil, offer a variety of
tomatoes, with the authentic flavors that we learned from our childhood and with absolute attention to production
which gives us a very tasty and healthy "green" table. Tomato Sauce is produced by a small family farm in a small
village in central Greece. The raw materials are produced exclusively in the estate, and tomato products are
       certified as organic.
