Kalamata olives
One of the finest natural products for decades.
The best quality edible Olive is the Greek "Kalamata Olive" almond-shaped, ranging in length from 1cm / 2cm to
1 inch. The Kalamata olives (Kalamon) have a dark eggplant color and have an excellent flavor, rich and
fruity. This type of olive is found exclusively in Greece.
It ripens naturally in trees; its color is a combination of black and purple.
Famous and recognizable by their "lovers" of the olive for their unique shape. They have a juicy flavor with a hint
of fruity flavor.
They are collected by hand in the traditional way, keeping all those characteristics of its kind. It is the
world's most famous Greek variety and is an excellent Mediterranean flavor.
Greek honey
Greece due to its rich flora and its mild climate, offers high-quality honey in unique varieties you will not find
elsewhere.
Greek honey has very special physical and chemical characteristics. The top quality is associated with long
periods of sunshine in the country, and variations in the morphology of the landscape by area.
A thousand (1,000) plants have been found in the Greek nature, which are unique in the world.
The plant origin of the Greek honey makes them special in colour, taste, density and aroma.
The bees are protected during the winter months and then transferred during spring and summer in areas where
the wild thyme, herbs and conifers grow in abundance. They are extracted in a cold environment and unfiltered so
that the beneficial properties of the nectar and pollen remain intact.
In some cases, the honey can crystallize, but this is a clear indication of a natural raw Greek honey. The
