Editorial Correspondence
High-quality traditional products are finely related to their promotion.
All this requires systematic promotional efforts. There have to be specialized advertising efforts of
individual products by means of small groups of distribution networks representatives, chefs and
journalists visiting interested countries. This project includes degustation events, marketing
initiatives and intense advertising.
Gastronomy Festivals
Having as a basic aim the promotion of European brands and the traditional cuisine as a culinary
destination, Eurobrazil Ltd organizes small-scale gastronomy festivals in open spaces,
neighborhoods, stores, and hotels in select cities, like Sao Paolo and Rio de Janeiro.
The proposition for a new traditional cuisine, the children’s workshops, the Master Chef classes
held in hotels with well-known chefs, the gustratory immersion in traditional cuisine, and the
international market for the presentation of local and traditional products are some of the small
and large-scale festival actions we recommend.
Food Festivals are among the considerable services we offer. They include educational programs
for children, such as the "Dietary Education" with extensive references to the Mediterranean diet,
as well as an inexhaustible source of inspiration for the contemporary creative cuisine through fun,
awareness and play.
Also, other significant events are the “Mediterranean Villages” and the “International Markets”
that will be held in selected outdoor and indoor spaces of the city.
The program includes numerous events, such as cooking demonstrations, workshops, conferences,
special features, degustation events, products exhibition etc.
The events will be open to the public and both the producers and the businessmen will have the
chance to display their local and traditional products on stalls.
