EXHIBITION PROFILE

International APAS Fair is the largest professional food and beverage exhibition in Latin America and
attracts the largest number of foreign exhibitors and visitors. It is annually held in Sao Paulo, at the
exhibition area EXPO CENTER NORTE.
With five specialized trade fairs in 5 halls and an extensive program of conferences and events,
Apas is the most recognized event in the global food and beverage industry and sets the tone for
future developments in the field.

PRODUCTS DISPLAYED:

During the exhibition all the product categories in the food and beverage industry are displayed
along with technological products for the retail industry, as well as related products to the food
service.
In particular, the fair runs in 5 distinct areas / rooms:
Fine Food, Frozen Food (frozen products), Meat (meat products), Chilled & Fresh food (maintenance
products-fresh products), Dairy (milk), Bread & Bakery, Hot beverages (bread, pastry, and hot
